A plastic box hanging down from the main connections of the utility pole. It’s gray, and it looks like it houses electrical connections. It's hanging down and blowing in the wind. I figure is fairly dangerous, but I don’t know who to call about it.

答 I have a broken arm and can’t leave the house right now.

答 The address displayed is correct. It’s Lincoln Street in Bradley St., #30 is right.
