    There were two vehicles parked in the bike lane. One was next to a fire hydrant which the driver could have live parked in - better than parking in a travel lane. The second was a large freight truck parked in the bike lane at the intersection of State and Cambridge street. This area NEEDS to be enforced as it is extremely unsafe.
