Another large branch has died and partially broken off this rather sorry looking linden tree and it's hanging right above the sidewalk.

There is a public tree that is getting tangled in the power wires above my home. Since it is public property, Eversource does not want to get involved. I would like to be home when DPW comes. Would you be able to call me and let me know when you plan on arriving to fix this? I am a senior and a weekday, mid morning to early afternoon is best.

This tree is dead, can the city please remove it and plant a new one in its place?

Resident called to request removal of tree at 24 Harrington. It is rotted. It continues to drop limbs all the time - one fell two years and damaged car. Elderly resident lives next door and she is afraid she, or anybody, may be hurt one day by the falling limbs

Cambridge Landscaping removed most of a tree in front of 40 Gibson Street but left the bottom 10-12 feet and stump that still need to be removed.

Big roots sticking out of the ground in front of our house are a tripping hazard. Please send the stump grinder to remove these roots.

This tree has been suffering. Though it is the worst, all three ginkgos yellow earlier than others. Can you investigate if there is a cause or a way to improve their health? There was a gas week a couple of years ago and the pits are small.

Please trim the large city Linden tree away from the property at 1 Chetwynd Road. This tree is infested with aphids which drop their excrement (also known as 'honeydew') onto the house, front steps and railings. Black mold then grows on this excrement. This is a health hazard. Thank you.

Two of the more mature trees on the 3rd street side of Toomey Park, in the grass field in between all the newly planted trees, are not looking so good. Their leaves are shriveled up and turning black or brown. Could you please send an arborist to take a look to see if anything can be done for them?
